Shuffle the deck of cards; let a player on your right cut the cards, then deal on your left.
Each player gets 7 cards.
the remaining cards are placed in a pile, which is called Church. If you do not have a play, go to the Church and get a card.
Keep pulling cards from church until you get a play or until the Church is empty.
